REEFWA Contracts Updated

The Real Estate Employers’ Federation of WA (REEFWA) contract templates have recently undergone a number of changes to align with the recent  (and upcoming) IR reforms. These changes include but are not limited to:

  1. The new employee workplace “right to disconnect“;
  2. The new pay secrecy laws;
  3. June 2022 changes to Long Service Leave (LSL); and
  4. he introduction of the Federal Governments Sex Discrimination and Fair Work (Respect at Work) Amendment Bill, which includes additional measures to address sexual harassment in the workplace.

Please note that a number of these changes have already been introduced and the REEFWA contract templates were previously updated and uploaded accordingly, to account for these changes.
