I have been successfully selling Real Estate since 1994. I am now the Director of Sales Performance at Xceed Real Estate and have been in business as a Principal for over 20 years. Whilst successfully running the sales division of our Real Estate business I have also developed my Training Career in Real Estate Sales and I am qualified as a ‘Dale Carnegie Trainer’, ‘Certificate 4 in Workplace Training and Assessment’ and ‘NLP Master Results Coach’.
Over the past 15 years having written, developed and delivered training for REIWA, Ausnet, Roy Weston ( now Harcourts ), Landmark Harcourts and built a training company that many of Australia’s Real Estate agents have used as their preferred training provider, I can assure you that my methods are widely respected and acknowledged as being at the forefront of real estate best practice worldwide.
I have served on the REEFWA Committee for many years, including 4 years as your President. I have seen this service as my opportunity to give back to a profession that has been very good to me. I enjoyed representing you in front of the fair work commission during my time as President and feel the knowledge I gained during this period is of use to you.
I started my real estate life as a commission only salesman and therefore, had a particular interest in the debate that raged during this time.I encourage business owners to serve on our committee if you have an opportunity to do so. You will find the experience invaluable as there is no resource in your business other than your staff, and the legal framework of which you employ them is a vital part of your business. Therefore, the participation in this process is of great importance to us all.
