Bill McKenzie

President

Bill has worked in Residential Real Estate since 1999 mainly working in South Perth. Past jobs were as a Purchasing Officer at Sealanes and as a Chef in many establishments. Bill has been on the Reefwa Committee since 2016 and enjoys the extra-circular side of his industry.

Peter Kuhne

Past President

I have served on the REEFWA Committee for many years, including 4 years as your President. I have seen this service as my opportunity to give back to a profession that has been very good to me. I enjoyed representing you in front of the fair work commission during my time as President and feel the knowledge I gained during this period is of use to you.

I started my real estate life as a commission only salesman and therefore, had a particular interest in the debate that raged during this time.I encourage business owners to serve on our committee if you have an opportunity to do so. You will find the experience invaluable as there is no resource in your business other than your staff, and the legal framework of which you employ them is a vital part of your business. Therefore, the participation in this process is of great importance to us all.

Neville Roediger

Committee Member

Neville has been a Director of NGBB We Sell Businesses since 2001 and has previously owned and operated two small business as well as having worked in senior management for a national retailer and as CEO for a not for profit.

He is a graduate from the Curtain Business School holding a B Bus (Management Studies) degree.

Rob Mandanici

Committee Member

Robs involvement with the real estate industry started almost 20 years ago, putting out sign boards and cutting local ads from the newspapers for a city agency.  Today, Rob runs and manages a successful boutique Perth agency specialising in Leasing & Property Management, is licensed in two states and has sat on the board of a number of community organisations, public and ASX listed companies.

Gordon Davies

Committee Member

Gordon began selling real estate in the Western Suburbs in 1965. He is passionate about the Western Suburbs for the following reasons: –

  • Convenience to so many facilities e.g. river, ocean, city, UWA, major hospitals, the biggest selection of major public and private primary and secondary schools, many yacht clubs, kings park, tennis clubs and other sporting clubs.
  • Mostly it is very much garden suburbs with plenty of trees and parks and ovals.
  • Is between river and ocean with moderating breezes off both which along with the trees have a moderating influence on the climate.

Over his 50 plus years selling he has come to the conclusion that the biggest single reason people live in the area is for the education of their children. Most parents care passionately about their children and work very hard to make sure they receive a good education.

Darralyn Duffy

Committee Member

Darralyn Duffy is one of the Principals of Century 21 Advance Realty and has been a principal of an agency for over 13 years. She focuses on Growth in the Property management arena and finds the perfect property manager for each investor.

After completing her MBA, Darralyn also developed a new payment structure for salespeople in real estate which has led to the sustainable growth of the team and makes her company an employer of choice! She has also developed a performance management program that sees staff remain motivated and has fairness to support a wonderfully organic office culture. These developments saw Century 21 win the 2018 REIWA Excellence Awards – Innovation Award. Darralyn is a keynote speaker, having most recently presented at the 2019 REEFWA IR conference. 

Paul Baird-Murray

Committee Member

Paul has an extensive knowledge in Sales, Marketing, Management and the Real Estate Profession. He has been the State Training Manager for L J Hooker in WA, SA and VIC.

Paul’s previous role before the business owner of L J Hooker Rockingham & Baldivis Branch was L J Hooker WA State Manager. His passion for customer service and desire to develop his team is a key strength within the business that he partners with Ingrid Feinauer.

Paul is passionate about building the business with quality skilled team members that are continually educated to enhance their skills to ensure the team in both Property Management and Sales are equipped to deliver a service that is best available.
